Best Shampoos For All Types Of Hair |Best Shampoos For  Hair | Sulphate Free Shampoo |Best Anti Dandruff Shampoo | Best Shampoo for Oily Hair and Hair Fall

Hi friends, today I will be telling you about some good shampoos.

But before we speak about good shampoos.I want to explain one thing clearly that if your body is lacking in vitamins and also if it is lacking in minerals and this is leading to hair fall/hair loss for you or leading to dry hair or your hair are not growing at an adequate pace.
Then no shampoo or hair oil is going to help you with your problems.

The solution to your problems can be found only by the intake of a healthy diet and by taking vitamin & mineral supplements.

However, if your hair problems are a result of an allergy due to some hair oil or shampoo .
Or if your problems are caused due to an adverse reaction or allergy with hair colour or some hair treatment then using a good shampoo or hair oil can definitely help matters.

Before you purchase a shampoo you must know one thing that whenever you purchase a shampoo you should buy only a transparent looking shampoo
because transparent shampoos contain less chemicals and Ivory, or Opaque shampoos contain a lot more chemicals.

That is why, you must have observed that all the baby shampoos, or the very expensive shampoos which are of a good quality are almost always transparent or see-through.

Now, I will tell you about easily available shampoos which contain lesser amounts of chemicals.

I will tell you their names now.

Along with these names, I will also tell you about one great shampoo which is tremendously beneficial for hair and which can be easily made at home.

I will tell you about this too.

Nowadays, due to pollution we have to repeatedly shampoo our hair to keep them clean that is why it is very important that we use those products which keeps our hair clean but does not damage them either.

these shampoos are -

  • Himalaya's Baby Shampoo
  • Biotique's Bio Green Apple Shampoo
  • Khadi's Amla & Bhringraj Shampoo

HIMALYA'S SHAMPOO BIOTIQUE SHAMPOO AND KHADI'S NEEM SHAPOO

Khadi also manufactures a "Premium" range of their shampoos which are a bit more expensive but their quality is quite good.

These are Shikakai Shampoo & Khadi's Neem Shampoo.

There is another good shampoo by Garnier, in the market which is called Ultra Blend Mystic Olive Shampoo.

This too, is quite good.

Those who have to wash their hair daily they can use Fab India's Daily Care Shampoo.

Besides this Seba Med's Daily Care Shampoo or Mother Care's Baby Shampoo can also be used by them.

These shampoos are a bit expensive but are quite good for daily use here I want to tell you one more thing.

That I am not at all in favour of using conditioners after using shampoos because conditioners contain many chemicals, besides oil which can cause harm to your hair in the long term.

The easiest and best way to condition your hair that you dry your hair slightly after bathing, using a towel and then take only 1-2 drops of Coconut Oil and apply it thoroughly all over your hair, while they are still damp/moist,You will see that your hair not only get straightened out, but they also get un-entangled.

Now, my most favourite hair wash of all which is 100% natural and chemical free
and that is Reetha (Soap Nut) water.

This is especially good for thin, dry, frizzy and curly hair.

The method of making it is also very simple.

From Amazon Online, or from any General Store you can order a packet of Soap Nut (Reetha) coverings.

In two cups of Reetha Coverings, add 4 cups of water and leave it overnight to soak.

In the morning, boil this mixture, until the water level becomes half due to
evaporation.

After the liquid cools down, manually squeeze the reetha coverings to completely drain the water out and then filter the water using a strainer.

Using this liquid to wash your hair gives a lather which is similar to shampoos
the scalp gets properly cleaned the hair get more volume.

The scalp does not dry out and dandruff is also kept at bay.

If you would like to make your hair darker and shinier then along with Reetha
also add 1/2 a cup of Shikakai beans (dried) to the mix.

This will reduce the amount of foam (lather). But the hair will look very dark and shiny.

The sad thing is that foreign companies capitalize on this ancient knowledge in our culture and then market expensive Reetha & Shikakai based shampoos
in the guise of "Organic" shampoos.

But we are apprehensive about using our own knowledge and wisdom.

Friends, I hope you have found my Article useful and the shampoos that I have recommended to you will definitely help in improving your hair and the home made recipe for Reetha Shampoo that I have told you will certainly lead to an improvement in your hair condition.

Thank you
