Friends, the kind of situation which is prevailing right now demands that our blood and immunity remains strong and powerful.

In this blog I will be telling you some simple methods to boost your immunity, which you can do sitting right at home.

These immunity boosters can be eaten or had in the form of a drink
which will not only purify your blood  but will also boost your immunity.

The first thing is turmeric which is available in every kitchen.

First thing in the morning, take some warm drinking water and add 2 pinches of turmeric powder to it  also add 2 ground peppercorns (black pepper seeds)
and finally add fresh juice from 1/2 a lemon.
To make this drink taste better, you can add 2/3 teaspoons of pure honey to it.

Those who do not like this drink,
Can try this - Before going to bed at night, take a glass of warm milk
add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder to it and then mix it well before drinking it
Do not add the turmeric and then boil the milk otherwise the milk will curdle.

Capsules of Neem & Turmeric powder are also available - You can have one capsule of each daily in the morning, with warm water.

Those who can chew and eat 3/4 fresh raw neem leaves  should definitely take them everyday.

In order to purify the blood  a time tested medicine is  Hamdard's Safi.It is quite bitter.
However, if you take 2 tablespoons of Safi, after your morning breakfast along with 1 glass of plain water, then it can be very beneficial for you.

Or, you can go in for Sri Sri Tattva's  Raktashodhini Syrup also.

Adults should take 1 tablespoon of this syrup and mix it in half glass of plain water.This dose should be taken twice a day after meals.

And for kids can take 1 teaspoon of this syrup mixed in 1/2 glass of water Both Safi & Raktashodini.

Should NOT be taken by pregnant women and lactating mothers.

Both these are available at medical stores.

If you have Amla (Indian Gooseberry) at home then at night, take one green amla   add 2 peppercorns to it and grind it into a rough mixture.

Next, add 2 tablespoons of pure honey to this and store the mix overnight in a clean glass bowl.
Then consume this mixture first thing in the morning when you wake up.

This is an excellent method to increase immunity and purify the blood.




The other things which are commonly found at home which you should drink to boost your immunity and increase blood flow are Coconut Water and Coffee 



or you can blend a cucumber and some mint leaves in a mixer and then drink the juice.

As for fruits,
Eat lots of grapes and apples. Grapes are great for cleansing the blood and also helping cure problems of the uterus.

They are also beneficial in increasing immunity in diseases like cancer.

As for vegetables,
Spinach and Broccoli are the best veggies for purifying the blood and boosting immunity
As for sweet treats,
Eating raw, organic jaggery is the best option take a 2 inch piece of jaggery
should be eaten after lunch and dinner this increases blood volume boosts energy
and also prevents constipation.

Those who have dry fruits at home should eat lots of almonds and prunes.

In order to increase immunity.
Adults should take 1 tablet of 500mg of Vitamin C after breakfast and after dinner.
Kids older than 10 years  should take 1/2 a tablet of 500mg after breakfast and dinner.
