Sometimes hair remain scattered, are dry or break easily the reason for this is that the hair roots are one of the most delicate components of our body.

If there is any kind of change or deficiency in our body then the first effects of it are felt in the hair root and if it causes the hair roots to dry, then the hair begin falling and when our hair start falling in bunches, then we get quite depressed and unhappy also.

Illnesses which induce a fever, such as typhoid, malaria, or dengue, as also diseases like anemia thyroid hormone problems, as well as fungal or bacterial infections in the scalp Or even a sudden decrease in weight due to dieting can cause hair to begin falling.

Hair fall can also be caused due to shampoos, conditioners, hair colours, hair dyes and hair gels.

If your hair start falling suddenly, then you should eat a tablet of Iron and a tablet of Multivitamin daily.

You should consume these for atleast 3 months.

You can get a prescription for the same, from your doctor.

You will have to increase the quantity of green veggies, and fresh fruits in your diet.
Besides iron and multivitamin tablets, as well as including fresh fruits and veggies in your diet.
you can also consume warm milk, with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon added to it, before sleeping at night.

This will benefit hair growth tremendously.Make sure that the cinnamon is organic and unadulterated.

Drinking a glass of warm milk with cinnamon daily at night, reduces hair fall
and also makes your skin healthy.

This also reduces blood sugar, as well as reduces pain in the joints.

Besides drinking warm cinnamon milk at night, if you take a capsule of Multivitamins with your breakfast then it will be even more beneficial.

It will not only make up for the deficiency of iron, vitamins and other essential minerals in your system but it will also increase your appetite.

Following this will at first reduce your hair fall, and then it will completely stop.
Use a good shampoo to wash your hair three times a week and keep your hair and scalp clean.

Usage of conditioners, dyes and hair gels should be minimized.

If your hair are very dry then you can apply coconut oil to your hair at night
and then wash your hair with shampoo in the morning.

Once your hair are clean, squeeze one fresh lemon in 1 litre of cold water
mix it thoroughly and then soak your hair properly with this water and then towel them dry.

Doing this will give a shine to your hair and keep them healthy.
